Manta Ridge
The site lies on a reef beside a tiny sand cay between Mansuar and Arborek and drops steeply off one side. Divers follow the slope to an S-bend in the reef and hook in at the cleaning station, which sits in only about 6 m of water. Dive The World reports from 5 to 30 mantas per dive in season, some of them completely black. A school of bumphead parrotfish grazes on the slope, and eagle rays and mobulas also pass. Strong currents mean the site is usually recommended for experienced divers.
