Park Reef
Also known as: Parque Reef
Park Reef consists of roughly five to ten rock formations lying parallel on the sandy bottom at right angles to the coast, and divers zigzag between them. Corals and sponges cover the rocks, and the sheltered, sandy setting keeps visibility good even on days when other sites are murky. Turtles, lobsters, squid, moray eels and stingrays are regularly seen, along with yellowtail snappers and bass. Its moderate depth suits newly certified divers.
