Hideaway Bay

Also known as: Dutchmans Cove · Dutch Cove

The left-hand wall slopes gently and deepens towards the point, while the right-hand wall drops sheer to a sandy gully at about 18 m. A sandy patch in the middle of the bowl makes a convenient anchorage, and a small cave in one corner runs surprisingly deep. Boarfish, eagle rays, stingrays, eels, nudibranchs and nesting demoiselles are typical. Seafriends also recommends it as a night dive.
