Spanish Tower
The site is easy to find because it lies right in front of the ruins of a Spanish-era watchtower on Pamilacan. Valm Divers begins deep on the slope, at about 30 m, and works up past large boulders and coral formations to the shallow coral gardens. Turtles, octopus, cuttlefish, bluefin trevally and nudibranchs are common, and Seaquest highlights a macro-rich wall section with small swim-throughs and the Pikachu nudibranch. It also suits snorkellers.
