Dakit-Dakit
Also known as: Dakit Wall
Dakit-Dakit combines a deep sandy slope covered in black sun corals and whip corals with a wall that starts at about 25 m. Currents are usually mild to strong, so it is dived as a drift, and Seaquest names the two directions north and south. Spanish mackerel, barracuda, jacks, tuna and large wrasses swim along the reef, and turtles graze in the shallows. On calm days harlequin shrimp can be found, and Dive The World says whale sharks appear here seasonally from March to June.
