Hedo Dome
Also known as: Cape Hedo Dome · Hedo Air Dome
A wide entrance in the cliff leads into the cave, which becomes narrower and shallower until divers surface inside a dark air dome within the rock. In the dome fresh and salt water mix into a visible thermocline, and stalactites hang from the ceiling; a side chamber also has underwater stalactites. The cracks in the walls are full of lobsters. The cave can only be reached from the water, and boats leave from Ginama fishing port a short ride away. Depending on conditions it is combined with a drift along the Hedo coast.
