Manta Point
Also known as: Banc de l'Entrée
Small reefs on the plateau host cleaner wrasse, and manta rays visit them to have parasites removed. Mobula rays are also frequent, and whale sharks, groupers and tuna are reported. Sea fans, schools of humphead parrotfish and unicornfish add to the dive, and garden eels live on the sand. Mantas are not reliable: one dive centre goes regularly and returns often for two or three weeks once they appear. The open-ocean position means timing matters.
