Miyaru Thila
Also known as: Miayru Thila
The top of the thila lies at about 8 m. A sandy slope falls to 30 m on the east side, and the north and south corners have overhangs and reef blocks at about 25 m. When the current runs out of the atoll, divers hold on at the front of the reef to watch grey reef sharks, Napoleon wrasse and eagle rays, with a school of silver jacks and barracudas nearby. On an incoming current the dive starts in the blue in front of the thila above the ocean step at about 32 m, with chances of whitetip reef sharks, turtles, snappers and sweetlips.
