Bodu Hithi Thila
Also known as: Boduhiti Thila
Two submerged pinnacles rise to about 7 to 8 m and slope to around 30 m on the western side. The manta cleaning station lies at about 25 m, and divers wait there for the rays during the north-east monsoon. Outside the manta season the healthy hard corals still attract whitetip reef sharks, Napoleon wrasse, jacks, hawksbill turtles, batfish, snappers and fusiliers. Euro-Divers runs full-day trips here from several North Malé resorts between January and April.
