L'Arbre Mort
Also known as: Tombant de l'Arbre Mort · Dead Tree
The dive opens on a boulder slope, crosses a sand patch and reaches a pretty wall, all in clear and well-lit water. Gorgonians of the sea-plume and sea-fan types dominate, and flamingo tongue snails feed on them. Moray eels, lobsters, eagle rays, porcupinefish, boxfish and turtles are seen, and a small cave holds spider crabs. The sand hosts sand dollars and heart urchins, and Scubago also mentions elkhorn coral. Its easy profile makes it popular with first-time divers, photographers and fans of marine biology.
