Rivaz Gare
Divers enter from the small beach or the landing stage at Rivaz and reach the cliff by compass bearing, with the face starting at about 12 m and dropping much deeper. The rock is crossed by veins of crystals and has several overhangs. In summer a seagrass meadow covers the shallows near the entry. The usual plan is to descend to the chosen depth and return the same way, finishing near the chains of three buoys at about 6 m. A long swim along the cliff links it to the neighbouring Rivaz Minoterie site.
