Tounooki
Also known as: 塔の沖 (Japanese) · 搭の沖 (Japanese) · Off the coast of the tower
Little current and plenty of reef fish make it an easy introduction to the outer sites. In spring and early summer the north end is covered by meadows of the brown alga Sporochnus dotyi, whose Japanese name was given from Kushimoto specimens. A narrow tunnel at about 22 m shelters a tomato hind surrounded by large schools of sweepers and cardinalfish. Soft corals cover the top of the ridge, and in winter unusual nudibranchs are found.

Vote for the name divers really use. Divers who logged a dive here count double. The votes are counted every night, and the main name only changes when another name has led clearly for a week.
