Unse
Also known as: Unze · 運瀬 (Japanese)
The current running along Tokashiki Island hits this isolated, steep rock and carries plankton that draws large schools of fusiliers. Big dogtooth tuna follow, so the food chain can be watched in action. Because of the steep walls and strong flow, boats do not anchor, and divers enter as a full drift. Divingpoint.net adds that on the falling tide the north side has a high chance of big fish and large schools. Diving WG warns of up- and down-currents while Liberte says down-currents are rare, but both rate it a site for advanced divers.
