Goda Gala
Also known as: Godagala
At first glance Goda Gala looks like an unremarkable field of boulders, which International Diving School compares to an alien landscape. The many cracks and grottoes, however, hide a lot of life, including honeycomb morays and other moray eels, hawkfish, lobsters, small crabs on acropora coral and swarms of anthias. Dive Sri Lanka notes that shrimps can be seen cleaning the mouths of the morays. Poseidon adds big groupers and schools of small fish, and International Diving School reports blue boxfish. The school calls it fun for all and one of its regular dive spots.
