Şahin Burnu
Also known as: Şahin Cape · Hawk Nose · Sahun Burnu
Şahin Burnu is the cape just before Aquarium Bay, and the dive runs along the foot of its cliffs with the mainland kept on one side. The dive guide calls it an easy site that is mainly useful when bad weather rules out other places. The dive starts at 8 to 10 metres, and there is little reason to go much deeper because only sand follows below about 20 metres. Broken amphora pieces are scattered across the area together with common local fish, and Ada Yacht Sailing adds sponges, starfish and octopus. Anglers leave fishing line behind, so divers should watch out for it.

Vote for the name divers really use. Divers who logged a dive here count double. The votes are counted every night, and the main name only changes when another name has led clearly for a week.
