Divers Leap

Also known as: Diver's Leap

A hat-shaped rock called Piedra Sombré (stone hat) on the cliff once marked the site for divers. The wall slopes very steeply in places, down to about 40 m, with large coral formations and sponges. On the terrace pillar corals shelter swarms of small fish, and barracudas and tarpon pass along the wall. With a current it becomes a drift towards Jan Thiel Bay. Dive Curaçao states that it is no longer accessible from the shore.
