Hon Mo

Hon Mo, the 'tomb island', is one of the three smaller islets that Hoi An Diving Center visits regularly and one of the popular sites of Cham Island Diving Center. Its reef lies along a rocky coastline and runs from around 4 m down to 35 m, so guides describe it as suitable for beginners as well as for experienced divers. Hard and soft corals cover the reef. Clownfish, pipefish, seahorses and nudibranchs are the typical finds, and guides recommend bringing a camera. The islet lies in one of the strictly protected zones of the marine protected area.
