Greenhouse Reef
Also known as: Greenhouse · Screensaver Reef
Greenhouse, which Reef Divers also called Screensaver Reef, is a spur-and-groove reef where moray and sharptail eels hunt through the gullies, angelfish dart among the soft corals and turtles cruise over the ridges. Because it sits near the shallow north shore, schools of squid often hover near the mooring or line up just below the surface. Macro photographers find flamingo tongues on the large purple sea fans at about 6 to 9 m, along with arrow crabs, long-spined urchins and bristle worms. The ridges carry abundant hard and soft corals, tube sponges and barrel sponges.
