Kabila is a reef slope on the south-east side of Camiguin, and Wannadive lists a boat ride of more than 30 minutes to reach it. Wannadive rates it as an Open Water site with medium current and a maximum depth of 35 m. Solitary Wanderer lists it among the sites outside the Mambajao area, alongside Mantigue Island and Jigdup Reef.
