Wild Side East (Norman Reef)

Wild Side East is a large bowl with walls on both sides and a shallow bay in the middle. The walls get deeper towards the points, and the current is stronger there. Hard corals dominate and shelter plenty of macro life such as nudibranchs, and rare sand stars live on the sand. In spring, juvenile harlequin sweetlips flutter through the staghorn corals, and sharks and rays sometimes pass by.
