Siladen Utara
Utara means north, and the slope here runs down gently to about 50 m before it drops off. The current that rushes over the reef attracts jacks, yellowfin tuna and bumphead parrotfish, and sharks hunt in the deeper parts. Reef octopus are common on the rocky bottom. Wannadive points out the great variety of sea slugs, which makes the site popular with macro photographers.
