Humann Nature

Humann Nature lies in the Vuya area on the northern barrier reef of the Vatu-i-Ra Channel, next to Cat's Meow, and is regularly dived by the NAI'A liveaboard. It is named after the fish book author Paul Humann, who considered it the best dive site he had ever seen. The reef has soft corals, swim-throughs and dense clouds of fish, and when the current runs anthias fill the water. Night dives here have turned up slipper lobsters and feathermouth sea cucumbers.
