Tasu II

Also known as: Tasu II Wreck · Tasu Wreck · Wrack Tasu No. 2

The wreck rests on its keel in a sheltered spot near Yanuca Island and is usually combined with the Seven Sisters pinnacles. Because it is rarely swept by strong current, divers get long bottom times around the hull and superstructure. Chevron barracuda school overhead, groupers shelter inside, and zebra sharks often rest on the sand nearby. Macro subjects include pipefish, ornate ghost pipefish, nudibranchs, popcorn shrimp, bubble coral shrimp and orangutan crabs, and a garden eel colony lives on the surrounding sand.
