Aqua Adventures by Scuba Dive Sosua is in Sosúa on the north coast of the Dominican Republic. It offers scuba diving, snorkeling and certification courses in English and Spanish, with small groups and personalised training. Sosua is the main base for shallow reef dives, deeper sites and the Zingara Wreck, a 30 metre freighter sunk in 1992 at 35 metres. Other named sites include 3 Rocks / Coral Gardens, Canyon, La Puntilla and Airport Wall, reached by boat from Sosua Beach. The centre arranges dives for cruise ship passengers from Amber Cove and Taino Bay, provides transportation, and supports reef conservation. Underwater photography packages are also available.
