Achilleas
Also known as: Wreck of Achilleas · Achileas
The ship blew up for reasons that were never explained and settled in shallow water about ten minutes by boat from Paphos Harbour. Divers usually visit the three main parts in turn: the upturned stern with its bronze propeller, the capsized bow and the anchor winch. The stern has split open along one side, so the engine, which is still intact, can be seen from outside. Portholes, ladders and piping lie scattered across the seabed between the sections. Octopus shelter in the engine, a moray often hides in the winch, and cardinalfish and squirrelfish keep to the dark corners while flounders and cuttlefish use the surrounding sand.

Vote for the name divers really use. Divers who logged a dive here count double. The votes are counted every night, and the main name only changes when another name has led clearly for a week.
