Kita Hitotsu Iwa
Also known as: 北一つ岩 (Japanese)
The dive follows a long, narrow rock with the current. Depending on the direction, divers first meet clouds of sea chub, then bluestripe snapper, goatfish and large-eye bream. Schools of sweetlips are unusually dense here for Japan. Turtles rest in the hollows, and lionfish and spiny lobsters are numerous.
