Le Chaland Labillon

Also known as: Labillon · Le chalan Labillon

The Labillon was a barge towed by the tug Ghrib when both left La Ciotat for Marseille on 13 March 1943 with material for a breakwater. The British submarine HMS Taurus sank the two vessels with gunfire about six miles west of Cassis. The barge lies intact a few dozen metres from the tug at around 90 m, so it is a dive for trimix divers only.
