Angry Grouper
The terrain is broken into a soft-coral covered pinnacle, ridges and sandy channels. One channel lies in the lee of the current and makes a good place to pause and watch for stingrays. Dense bushes of black coral grow over the ridges. Leopard (zebra) sharks are common, and a writer for Divernet met a large, relaxed grouper here that fit the site's name. Scuba Diving magazine reports very large rays resting on the sand.
