Insuma Wreck

Also known as: Insuma

The Insuma is a luxury yacht built in 1938, requisitioned in the war and sunk by an Italian torpedo on 9 September 1943 near the Genoese tower of Losse. It lies at about 35 to 45 m and is for experienced divers.

The hull is heavily encrusted and damselfish and anthias swarm around the deck. The central section is damaged and its debris tangled, which calls for care. The depth limits the site to experienced divers.
