M&M Caverns
Also known as: M&M's Caverns
Huge coral formations rise straight out of the sandy floor here and are cut through by caverns and tunnels. The first tunnel starts deep and leads upwards to an exit at around 18 metres; the second cavern has no rear exit, so divers turn back before entering the third. Lobsters and crabs live inside, glassy sweepers part at the entrances, and nurse sharks often sleep in the caverns. Because deep water surrounds the formations, schools of horse-eye jacks and passing pelagics are common outside.
