Yonara Channel
Also known as: ヨナラ水道 (Japanese) · Yonara Channel Mantaway · ヨナラ水道マンタウェイ (Japanese) · ヨナラマンタ (Japanese)
The channel is a few hundred metres wide and several kilometres long, and the current runs constantly and sometimes very hard. The current cleaning stations lie deeper than at Kabira, around 25 to 30 m, and on good days several mantas line up in what divers call a manta train. Dogtooth tuna, wedgefish and turtles also appear, and garden eels live in the sand. Marine Diving notes that in recent years the cleaning stations have moved to a different spot from the original Mantaway site.

Vote for the name divers really use. Divers who logged a dive here count double. The votes are counted every night, and the main name only changes when another name has led clearly for a week.
