Yonaguni Monument
Also known as: Underwater Ruins · 海底遺跡 (Japanese) · 遺跡ポイント (Japanese)
The formation spreads over roughly 250 m from east to west and 150 m from north to south and rises in terraces about 25 m high. Divers explore named features such as the Main Terrace, the Entrance or castle gate, the Turtle relief and round holes called pillar holes, and there is too much to see in one dive. Whether people shaped the rock or nature made it is still debated. The site lies below the cliffs of Arakawabana, is exposed to east and south winds and is mainly dived in winter; currents can be strong. The hidden rocks offshore also hold plenty of fish.

Vote for the name divers really use. Divers who logged a dive here count double. The votes are counted every night, and the main name only changes when another name has led clearly for a week.
