Oganzaki Lighthouse

Also known as: 御神崎灯台下 (Japanese)

One cave starts at about 10 m and rises until divers can surface inside and look up at the lighthouse above. Further out a tower-like pinnacle rises from about 30 m, crowned with table corals and circled by pyramid butterflyfish, and a vertical wall drops from about 10 m to more than 30 m. The good water flow brings clear water, Napoleon wrasse and occasionally dogtooth tuna or mantas. The site is exposed to northerly winds and is mainly dived in summer.
