Sawang
Sawang lies between two cliffs about a kilometre from Coco Grove, and Sea Explorers explains that the name refers to anchoring, since the cliffs protect boats. Boulders covered in coral give way to a gentle sandy slope and a small wall. The highlight is a swim-through so narrow that only one diver passes at a time, and giant clams are spread along the site. Ghost pipefish, frogfish, banded sea snakes and turtles are reported by day, while night dives can reveal blue-ringed octopus, nudibranchs and flatworms.
