Middle Garden

Middle Garden sits in the middle of the bay between Near and Far Garden, protected from wind, waves and current. A large patch of white sand leads into a sandy alley that runs parallel to the coast between banks of hard coral, a layout that gives the site its garden feel. Table corals are scattered across the area and a glassfish pinnacle marks the north-eastern end. Blue-spotted stingrays, triggerfish, napoleon wrasse, goatfish and turtles are the usual residents. Because it is so calm, its moorings are often busy.
