Lobster Wall
Where most of Mabul is shallow sand and rubble, this site is a wall with many cracks, holes and tunnels behind the main face. Lobsters sit at the entrances of the small caves, together with morays, stonefish, scorpionfish and many nudibranchs. Seahorses and ghost pipefish hide in the growth between the sea fans, while large green turtles rest on ledges or pass in the blue. When the current runs, the site becomes a drift along the reef. Scuba Junkie uses it for deep adventure dives and reports occasional whale sharks, devil rays and manta rays.
