Banc Doré

Banc Doré is a coral plateau off Saint-Leu crossed by small sandy channels. It slopes gently downwards and is rich in fish and coral. A sandbank running along the reef gives the site its name. Northwards, cracks in the reef shelter big table corals and well-camouflaged stonefish. Its easy profile makes it a good dive to get back into the water or for skills practice.
