Hirasawa Beach
Also known as: 平沢ビーチ (Japanese)
Hirasawa opened as a dive area in 2014 and has three entry points with slopes and underwater guide ropes. The east side has seaweed with small fish, Acropora corals and anemones with juvenile clownfish and threespot dascyllus. The west side is the most sheltered and holds larger fish such as girella and mullet, and stingrays may cruise past. Around the headland stronger water movement feeds soft corals with schools of cardinalfish, barracuda and sweepers. Gobies and nudibranchs make it a macro site too.
