Oasane
Divers start near the shallow top of the rock, surrounded by countless damselfish, and can find small reef fish such as hawkfish in the shallows. Heading offshore the bottom slopes gradually deeper, and schools of skipjack or hammerheads are sometimes met. Local shops also call it Mettou Asane after a local shell the rock resembles, and say there is plenty of macro life for those who search. The site lies on a fishing-boat route, so a surface buoy is required on ascent.
