J-Caves
J-Caves is a varied reef dive built around huge coral bommies, large overhangs, winding tunnels and swim-throughs. The dive starts on the sheltered inner side of the reef and follows the tunnels through to the outer face, where the reef drops into deeper blue water. Eagle rays and whitetip reef sharks sometimes pass in the deeper water. Macro photographers look for whip coral shrimps and bubble coral orangutan crabs. The route usually ends back in the shallows among dense reef fish.
