Christmas Reef
Christmas Reef is a wide coral garden that slopes gently from 6 m to 24 m. The reef is split into fingers with sandy patches in between, where a resident leopard shark or whitetip reef sharks may be resting. Schools of goatfish and bigeye soldierfish hover over the coral, joined by clownfish, groupers, red-breasted wrasses and butterflyfish. Napoleon wrasse have also been seen. The easy profile makes it a good dive for all levels.
