The Library

The Library lies in front of Cockburn Town and takes its name from the Victoria Public Library on the shore. It starts at only about 20 feet, and a split crevice leads over the wall onto a shelf at roughly 30 to 35 feet with plenty of invertebrates. Divers then work the wall towards the south. Blue Water Divers says the soft corals are less dramatic here, but slow divers find a lot, and at night orange cup corals open and orange ball corallimorphs come out. Scuba Diving magazine recommends it for night diving and macro photography, The Dive Atlas lists it as a macro site, and Blue Water Divers calls it a popular second or third dive.

Vote for the name divers really use. Divers who logged a dive here count double. The votes are counted every night, and the main name only changes when another name has led clearly for a week.
