Dive vehicles park at the water's edge, making it one of the easiest entries on Gozo. The seabed of sand, small boulders and Neptune grass looks plain at first, but photographers come for flying gurnards, stargazers, weevers, pipefish, sea hares, small rays and seahorses. Two caves below the cliff on the right-hand wall lie at about 6 m and 16 m. Its shelter and shallow depth make it a favourite for first dives, courses and night dives.
