Clive Rock
Clive Rock is a submerged rock lying some way northwest of Sira Island. A common route starts on a narrow spur of rock projecting from the main block, follows the wall and ends back on the plateau. Fusiliers can stream past in such dense bands that they hide the bottom, and big schools of snappers gather where the wall turns into a sandy slope with coral blocks. Mackerel hunt the snappers, while stacked table corals in the shallows shelter butterflyfish, damselfish and gobies during the safety stop.
