Playa Largu
The name is Papiamentu for long beach. The clear water lets divers see obstacles before they enter. The drop-off is near the shore and steeper than at neighbouring Playa Shon Mosa. Areas with dense coral alternate with sandy patches. Sponge lovers find elephant ear, barrel, tube, vase and rope sponges, and below 30 m the bottom turns to sand.
