Smits Reef
The main reef has a top and central area with slopes on both sides, and to the south-west the Batsata Maze is a cluster of huge boulders forming small caves, gullies and swim-throughs. A group of pinnacles rising to about 6 m lies to the west. Shysharks and pyjama sharks are common, and nudibranchs are plentiful. The deeper sections are covered in deep orange sea fans.
