Jorgensen Patch

Also known as: Jorgie's Patches · Jeorgies

Jorgensen Patch lies in the Trinity Opening and is exposed to current, so boats visit it only when the weather is excellent. That also keeps it in pristine condition. Divers explore walls, gullies, small caves and overhangs, and one swim-through is so narrow that divers have to take off their tank to pass. The sandy bottom holds giant clams, sea cucumbers and blue-spotted lagoon rays, while whitetip reef sharks, batfish, fusiliers and barracuda move along the reef.
