Manuel's Wall

Also known as: Manuels Wall

Manuel's Wall was named after the local divemaster who found it in the Isla Solarte channel. A first step at about 15 m carries young reef with soft corals, sponges and many damselfish, before a second wall drops further. An old ship's anchor, now fully encrusted, is a good place to look for small life. Sea whips, snappers including large dog snappers, groupers, moray eels and nudibranchs are typical. Because of its depth it is used for advanced training.
