Kiwi Reef
Also known as: Kali's Place
More than a dozen pinnacles rise from the grass between about 10 and 20 m, each with its own mix of life. Morays are everywhere, feeding on the young fish, and lionfish, rays, emperors and triggerfish patrol the area. Thorny seahorses hide in the seagrass. Further out a coral shelf at around 20 m brings more pelagic visitors, and far below technical divers can reach Kiwi Arch at depths beyond 70 m.
