Beatrice Rock

Also known as: Beatrice · Larry's Garden

The site is an underwater hill whose top lies near 6 metres, with sand patches between large rock formations. Soft corals, sponges and sea fans cover the rocks, and red anthias swarm above them. Frogfish, nudibranchs and emperor angelfish are among the regular sightings, and turtles also visit. Reef sharks, barracuda and dogtooth tuna have been reported in the blue. Strong currents are common here, and dives often finish with an ascent in open water.
